A woman steps out of a shower. She is blurred behind the glass.

A woman removes a blanket covering her, revealing a short night gown. She strolls up to a man and they start making out. She then lies down on the bed and they start kissing more, then the man undoes one of the straps and starts sucking on her breast. The scene ends.

A man is kissing a woman's chest in the dark, but it's not explicit.

A man gets out of bed. We see his bare butt.


A man's eyeballs are gouged out by another man using his bare hands.

A man's head is forcibly ripped from his body, resulting in a large splash of gushing blood.

A young boy's head melts inside of a Halloween mask, and scores of bugs and snakes come gushing out of it.

The lower half of a woman's face is burned off with a laser beam, and we see a gruesome view of her head with the jaw mostly missing. Then, a Jerusalem cricket crawls out of her mouth and into her hair.

A man sends medallions embedded with a special computer chip down the skylight into a factory. The medallions react against the machinery, causing massive explosions throughout and we see several scientists perishing in the fire. The factory is later seen burning in the sky horizon.

A woman is killed off-camera with a drill to the head.


"Fuck" is used a couple of times. A few uses of Shit. Milder profanity also used.


There is a little bit of smoking in the movie. One scene takes place in a bar. Dan drinks off and on. He allows Starker to take a rather large swig of his drink.


There are many jump scenes. The atmosphere of this movie is very dark and creepy. The scene of the mask demonstration can be disturbing to some viewers.

The music that plays throughout the movie sets a very eerie and unsettling tone.

The result of the "misfire" is extremely disturbing.

The ending is very scary and unusual.
