A dead body is found. The victim's papers reveal his name (Karlheinz Elsmann), his status (he had been unemployed for two years) and his address (he lived in a tower not far away from the crime scene). Surprisingly, a five thousand mark sum is discovered hidden in his belt. Elsmann's wife Marianne, who does not love him anymore, and her lover Manfred Bastian, seem to be the ideal culprits.
