Great Show!

Once again, looking back on an Aaron Spelling piece of TV wonder, I see how the man (and the legend) broke barriers with subjects that would make the average TV viewer raise a skeptical brow to this day: Gay relations, racism, anti-Semitism. He takes them head on, and does it very well. Leading characters Christine (the breathtakingly beautiful Connie Sellecca, probably one of the most beautiful women in the world) and Peter (James Brolin) make the show with an on-and-off ping-pong sort of relationship (much like in current hit show JAG). Well made, very enjoyable, great Aaron Spelling entertainment, and defiantly my favorite 80's show.

Christine Francis and Peter McDermott - a perfect couple

Author: Eszter Bolla (

A typical series from the 80ies. Really just like Love Boat, with stars as guests. Interesting (but not too complicated) story line with the main characters ("when will they tell about their love to each other?")Strong main characters not just puppets. OK, everything was very romantic, happy end each time but still they had to run a hotel (the StGregory in San Francisco). I loved it.
