Sadly, this is one of those B movies that is pretty much worthless. I saw it in a theater packed full of people.... pity all of us. This movie's "horror" elements are just an excuse for long extended kung fu action sequences. Not very good kung fu, either. The main actor, whose name escapes me, is some William Shatner wannabe who moves his eyebrows more than Lance Armstrong moves his legs. He's supposed to be kidnapping people and doing experiments on them. Somehow, nobody notices he's kidnapping people even though he lives in a residential neighborhood and his evil assistant parks his car in the front and takes body bags out of the back. Also, the man who is supposed to be an Oxford professor who visits him takes the entire movie to figure out what is going on.
There truly is nothing in here worth recommending. Skip it.
