Bootsy and Wild Bill bring a fake medium to the house to get in touch with Big Guy, but Marshall, Carlotta and Kathleen arrange for her to deliver a special message--the Westchesters must leave Toad Hall! A somber Wild Bill and Boosty pack to leave, but Stanely contacts the Great Wandini again, to have a séance do-over, now with his own message to be delivered.
When Stanely takes Will Bill and Bootsy to the country club to golf, and decides to sponsor them for membership, Marshall and Carlotta throw a private party for the country club committee in order to embarrass the Weschesters who they think will dress up in their usual tacky clothes. But, once again, Stanley foils their plan.
When the property taxes are raised on Toad Hall, Carlotta and Marshall go along with Bootsy's idea to have the home deemed a historical site, thus relieving them of the taxes. In order to qualify, however, the Becks must prove they can run a tour and perform a historical vignette.
When it's revealed that there's a tidy inheritance waiting for the family member to have the first Beck grandchild, Marshall tries to adopt while Carlotta and Kathleen scheme to keep Bootsy and Wild Bill from conceiving.
