I was rooting for Clint Howard's character the whole way through and the guy himself definitely tries to put out a good performance, though he does stumble at times. But this "nerd-gets-revenge" flick never let go of my attention. It's not exactly PUMPKINHEAD or CARRIE but the finale is a real fright, the kind of ending that sticks with you some time after the ending credits are over and the tape rewound.
