Opie's brother summons evil while abused by Bob Pinciotti
Clint Howard, when not acting in brother Ron's movies, usually stars in B movies such as "The Wraith" and "Evilspeak". This one casts him as an ostracized cadet who finds a book used by an evil Spanish monk some centuries earlier. True, the flick has just about every cliché - you may recall the rules for surviving horror movies laid out in "Scream" - but it's still fun to watch. I wouldn't mind trying to call on evil spirits after watching it. Moreover, it came out around the time when computers were starting to become a major part of people's lives, so this seemingly could have ruined word processors!
But anyway, this is a neat one. As for movie reviews, I WILL RETURN!
PS: Don Stark, who plays Bubba, also played Bob on "That '70s Show".
