The rape scene in the beginning shows full female nudity, and not just in one instance either. Very disturbing and hard to watch. In the uncut version of the movies, this scene lasts for about 3 minutes.

Another rape scene shows a topless woman.

A woman is seen meditating topless (not graphic or shocking).

A woman is seen on the ground after being raped, she is topless.

A few rape scenes, as well as many fatal shootings. Some of these are very bloody and graphic, whilst others are less so. A young woman ends up impaled on railings in her attempt to escape her assailants. A man dies after being electrocuted.

Around 5 F-words.

Characters are doing drugs at times, mostly the drugs are seen in bags, only one scene has someone actually doing the drug. Criminals sell drugs (cocaine) in exchange for guns.

Characters smoke and drink casually throughout the movie.

The rape scene in the beginning is quite intense. For 1982, it was extremely intense even for today's standards. The men who are assaulting the girl tie her up, it is very shocking to watch. The movie has intense shootout scenes, and a few other intense rape scenes.
