A sailor who's accused of a crime he didn't commit, borrows money from Cecilia to send to his family. But when he goes on the run Rick and A.J. track him down along with a Naval officer tasked with bringing him back. But someone is also trying to kill the sailor.

Still Phil After All These Years
It's Cecilia's 40th high school reunion. She asks the boys to dig up a time capsule she and her classmates placed things in and buried. She then asks them to locate one of her classmates a guy named Phil whom she dated before she dated the boys father. A.J. is uncomfortable about it. When they open it, they find a policeman's badge from Mexico and a gun which is used by Mexican police and that it was fired. The boys take it to Town. Lost Lady
A.J,'s former girlfriend, Janet Fowler who works for the Attorney General, is found after someone tries to kill her. She has a designer drug in her possession and she has amnesia. A.J. and Rick try to find out what happened to her. A.J. also takes the opportunity to reconnect with her.
