It's Rubbish
29 March 2006 | by (United Kingdom) – See all my reviews

Now I'll admit I've not seen much of Never The Twain (not be confused with an equally rubbish-sounding movie about someone possessed by Mark Twain), but from what I've seen it's probably the worst thing ever. From what I can gather it involves two old men, one in bright blue trousers, who end up drunk and injured by the end of each episode, probably because some "hilarious" caper went wrong. It's basically like Last Of The Summer Wine sans a man hurtling down a hill in a bathtub. So, my advise to you is to avoid this show because it's rubbish. Luckily these days its repeated on the backwaters of ITV7 or something, and no-one watches that anyway
