Horror fans beware: there is one scene of cannibalism during the opening credits (and the victim is already dead anyway), then a "shock ending" (which you'll easily see coming) in the last 2 minutes. The rest of the movie is completely horror-free. Porn fans go ahead: "Orgasmo Nero" / "Voodoo Baby" is literally one sex or masturbation scene after another, with only a few dialogue passages in between. At first I had two reservations about this: Susan Scott looks too old for this kind of movie (she was 42 at the time), and Lucia Ramirez has absolutely no breasts! But they are both so game and so convincing that ultimately I forgot about these reservations. The movie stays mostly in softcore territory, with only one (unneeded) hardcore scene which, as the extras reveal, was part of an entire hardcore sequence that was filmed but didn't make it to the final cut. For what it is, the film is pretty good, with production values you don't often get in this genre. Just don't expect anything horror-related. (**1/2)
