Storyline
A young man wishes to adopt a problematical eight-year-old boy being kept in an institution. Simply because he is single, he has an uphill battle with the government bureaucracy and particularly with a power-hungry, administrator. After many delays, they deny his application. You just might like this movie if your an emotional father. Plus if your tired of watching movies where the father is always the bad guy, this should be just the movie for you.
This movie is just your average midday movie. Its one of a few hard to find movies where the guy wins the day.
Another movie I recommend you watch is 'The Bachelors Baby'(1996). Also another win for the father.
