there are scenes of strong simulated sex and rape

women walk around topless and sometimes bottomless.

a woman lays down and 3 men have sex with her in a ritualistic manner. this scene is quite drawn out.

A drugged woman is penetrated with a dildo.

there is frequent nudity

there are scenes of extreme violence. some special effects are fake looking but the violence is still disturbing

there are real scenes of animals being killed. some are killed by humans while others are animals fighting. these scenes are meant only to shock and are rather tastless.

women are treated badly. they are slapped, beaten, etc.

a man has his head hacked off with a machete.

a mans ear is cut off

men are shot with blowdarts and a man is run over by a truck

a woman is smacked and harshly raped from behind. she screams and pleads for help.

2 woman are eaten alive by cannibals. they have peices of their flesh cut off and eaten. one woman has her breast sliced off and consumed. they are then sliced open and their intestines are pulled put.

there are other minor scenes such as spear throwing and fighting.

there is some crude language, nothing you wont hear in an R rated film. the sex and violence is the real concern.

there is smoking and drinking by some of the main characters.

the members of a cult are forced to drink poison.

the violent scenes of rape and torture have a very cruel tone. the effects are not realistic but the scenes are still horrible.

the scene of the 2 woman being ausaulted and eaten alive is disturbing because they are screaming and crying for help. this gives the violence an intense feel
