Malcolm Smith is retiring from Foxtel at the end of the month after 10 years with the pay-tv broadcaster and a lengthy career in production and as a film and TV executive.

Formed in 2008, the group comprises broadcasters, newspapers, new media players, state and federal government media agencies, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations, trade associations and guilds and media buyers. Its mission is to create opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people working in the media.
