No major distributor has released it, but one or two small companies have. Mill Creek is one of these. the film is available on their 50 Drive In Classic set, but the quality is that of an slp VHS tape (which is probably its source).
This film is in the public domain in the USA, which would mean that any distributor in the States could legally sell copies without paying royalties. Beware. Some small distributors market copies of public domain films with poor picture and sound. Others are more reputable and deliver good transfers of the best available prints. Shop around.
