The main characters wife is cheating on him, we see the lover escape through a bedroom window from her bed (both are fully clothed). There is a scene with a fully nude man, you see his butt, though his crotch is hidden

A shaman is hired to kill the main character. A live chicken is decapitated on screen and the shaman drinks its blood from a bowl. A puppy is given to a butcher so it can be chopped up for a ritual (nothing is seen or heard). Zombies bite a hole in a leg, blood oozes out. A man pukes out yellow crud after losing a fight, he gets up and walks away though. A man is run through with a sword. A man writhes around on fire and another falls to his death (blood from mouth). A woman is graphically punched and beaten (and not during combat)

Drinking blood. A zombie jumps out of a coffin and hops around. Zombies/ghosts attack some people (they have ghoulish faces, but nothing too gory). Character sleeps next to a rotting corpse/zombie and interacts with it. Some voodoo-esque rituals.
