None, except for a drunken man kissing a woman.There are one or two scenes that show John Merrick without cloths, albeit in silhouette.

Scenes of emotional, mental and some physical abuse. John Merrick is kicked and beaten with rods. He is also tormented by strangers and when he is exhibited at a freak show. There are also scenes of Dr Frederick Treves performing surgery; since the film is in black and white, the blood isn't as noticeable.
