A wonderful film made by the Actor himself, he also starred in it [with Gabrielle Drake] directed, wrote the screenplay and the lyrics. The film was financed by cast and crew alike and was shot in ten days.
It tells the tale of an actor and his protege who lock themselves away from the world while he rehearses for a part in an upcoming feature. The plot has more twists and turns than you'd expect and it constantly keeps you guessing right up until the end of the movie.
This is a delight from start to finish and it is a great shame it has never been released for general viewing. It is, quite simply a masterpiece - from the master himself, Vladek Sheybal.
