Continuity: When Beaudray Demerille (Peter Fonda) climbs down the rope to enter the cave with the gold, as the camera watches from his left side he pulls a flashlight out of his belt with his left hand (Fonda is left-handed) and aims it into the cave and starts to take his first step toward the cave, then in the next shot from inside the cave looking at him head-on as he is taking his first step toward the cave, the flashlight has switched to his right hand.
