• For the first few opening credits, the graphics 'soar' towards the viewer.

  the film's title onwards, recede into the distance.
• Prior to the beginning of the film is a brief "dedicated to Geoffrey Unsworth" message (Unsworth was a cinematographer who died prior to the release.)
