Maria Conchita Alonso,
From what I'm reading, I must be the only person on EBay who enjoyed this movie; I thought it was hilarious and am remembering that at the time it was released that all the critics hated it. Somehow I got a copy of it on VHS and my Dad was visiting at the time... not only did we watch it once, but we watched it again a night or so later and continued to laugh all the way through it. Joan Rivers had (has?)a great talent for funny details that was always seemed to be going on in the background... in fact, she threw everything but the kitchen sink at the audience, but how was that any different than "Airplane" or "The Naked Gun," that came out years later and made a lot of money? I would love to see this make to to the light of DVD someday, but it's looking like I'm one of the few. I just purchased a bootleg copy of the film and I laughed as much now as I did twelve or so years ago when I first saw it. As far as I'm concerned, I'd love to see Rivers make another picture... I remember her going through hell and high water trying to hype this on t.v. shows before it came out. It's just not that bad as everyone keeps making it out to be.
