Danny tells his friends they don't want to hear "the horny detail's" seconds before Summer Nights starts.

During the song Summer Nights, Danny says "we made out under the dock," and starts thrusting in a sexual manner toward the camera.

In the song Look at Me I'm Sandra Dee there are very sexual references about virginity. One teen girl makes fun of another teen girls virginity in the song.

There are a couple of drive in movie scenes with lots of sexuality:

In one scene a teen boy drapes his arm around a girl he is in the car with, he touches her breast and starts kissing on her sexually.

In another scene many teens are making out very sexually, one teen couple have sex in the back seat of a car, although they are fully clothed at the top, they obviously do not have pants. The boys condom breaks they pause and he finds that all the rest are broken. They continue to have sex anyway, her suspected pregnancy is passed on later in the movie.

The song Greased Lightning is the most sexual song. It has lyrics that say the chicks will cream. A teen, later in the song, rubs some plastic over his crotch, making a condom reference.

Dance moves including thrusting, skirt lifting, making out and many other sexual moves. One of the teen couples are seen dancing seductively by teen boy flipping the girl over him and dancing with her under him.
