- A woman wears a dress with a plunging neckline revealing. Because she is somewhat small chested, the neckline reveals less cleavage and more the sides of her breasts, but only briefly.

- The film ends with a graphic murder-suicide. Two characters end up with bloody head wounds.
- As Poirot speculates on whether or not various characters could be the murderer, we see them observing a man getting shot in the leg and then committing the murder which involves shooting a sleeping woman in the head. Some of the renditions show more than others, but none are graphic. At one point we see powder burns on her temple.
