No sexual activity is shown on screen. There are no notable dialog references to sex. In one brief shot a woman's breast is visible, partially obscured in shadow.
We see zombies throughout the movie, most are missing skin and/or limbs, look dead and bloody, may have internal organs hanging out or seen.Multiple people are shot. Characters are seen smoking and drinking throughout. A minor character is shown desperately looking for a cigarette. A man drinks alcohol to numb the pain of an injury, and is later given morphine to cope with the agony. A character drinks to a dead friend.
The theme might feel intense but as the advantage of the zombies being stupid and slow, it's not visually too frightening.
