This is one of many so called Video Nasties about fictionalized World War 2 Nazi POW camp atrocities. A beautiful, nefarious senior female SS officer/doctor (Magall) creates a genetic, mutant human Beast (half man/half beast). The Beast is a rapacious, squat, mongoloid sex fiend which she uses to torture and molest female prisoners while the Nazis watch. The vertically challenged beast is kept on a diet of mega-aphrodisiacs. There is plenty of sadistic titillations, gore and nudity in this Nazi sub-genre exploitation flick. Written by Sujit R. Varma
Maybe I have the sickest sense of humor on Earth, I don't know. But for some reason, I found this infamous slice of Nazisploitation to be incredibly hilarious (completely unintentional of course). Its crude and tasteless, certainly the most over-the-top out of all the Nazisploitation films. While the film never uses the holocaust as exploitation fodder (thankfully), its full of sequences that should be offensive because of how politically incorrect they are. Nazi doctors create a hairy midget whose virility will advance the Aryan race and subsequently sacrifice village girls to him. Women, children, and babies are gunned down in the Nazis' ruthless quest. There's plenty of rape and torture thats pretty disgusting to watch.
Thankfully, none of the film becomes offensive simply because of how inept it is. Its one of the most horribly made films I've ever seen. There's not a single technical department thats even remotely successful. The direction is horribly paced, the dubbing makes "Speed Racer" look professional by comparison, and the acting is abyssal. The film is so poorly done it often makes its tasteless material unintentionally hilarious. Its not disturbing because its so over-the-top its impossible to take seriously for one moment. In my mind, this is far more entertaining than the more highly regarded examples of the Nazisploitation genre such as "Salon Kitty". Bad, yes, but never boring. (5/10)
