The first Love Boat movie had Teddy Wilson as Isaac the bartender.
Love Boat Book II would have Ted Lange and Fred Grandy, but the rest of the cast was absent.
Finally, New Love Boat would have the quintet in place and the show would be around the corner.
I remember Audra in a movie, but danged if I recall what she did. She was paired up with Phil Silvers, that much I remember.
The seller of this movie was Georgia Engel as a stowaway. Don't recall why she stowed away.
Isaac, Gopher and Julie had to hide her from Stubing.
She introduced herself to him as Frankie Roosevelt, or Gopher said that was her name.
I suppose it was a kind-of reunion for two old Mary Tyler Moore alumni tho, Murray Slaughter and Georgette Baxter.
Even by this time, after the very first movie, Love Boat was looking retreaded.
Georgia would spy Captain Stubing up on the deck and she would ask, "isn't this exciting?" I've never been on a cruise, but what was so exciting? And why would you ask the captain that?
