A man and a woman start to kiss and have sex but are interrupted

A man intends and attempts to rape a young girl, but is then stopped.

In one scene, a man is sitting in a chair. in the background you can see posters of topless babes, nips and all.

The lie detector man says to one of the detectives that he looked at Alice's "tits" and that he thinks she wants him to feel her up.

Mrs. Tredoni refers to Catherine as a "whore" and screams it in front of everyone at church. It is stated as well that Annie doesn't like Alice because Alice was conceived before Catherine and Dom were married, and sex before marriage is against her faith.

An obese man is stabbed twice in the chest, he bleeds a lot and crawls on the ground, gasping for air and destroying his apartment in the process.

A man is stabbed in the shoulder, and blood drips from the wound. Then his head is beaten repeatedly and his teeth are smashed open. After he is thrown through the building and we see his mangled body.

It is brought up several times that Alice s a mixed up, cruel and spiteful child. She frightens her sister and Mrs. Tredoni with creepy masks, she it rude to her cousin Robert, she steals, she calls Alphonso rude names like "fatty" and "disgusting slob", she chokes a kitten almost to death and she tells a cop that she tried to flush a classmate's coat down the toilet in school

An obese man corners Alice, pins her to the door and begins kissing her and grabbing at her, but she gets away by choking his pet cat

Very disturbing and violent throughout

A few swear words are used, but not often.


There is some drinking, and smoking.



The mask is extremely frightening and eerie

The fact that a child is murdered in a church is very frightening

A child is contemplated to be the killer throughout. She is very disturbed and keeps memorabilia that is strange

Overall a very dark and disturbing film


MPAA RATING SUGGESTED: Rated R for strong disturbing graphic violence and gore, disturbing images, language, some sexual content including an attempted assault and drug/alcohol use- all involving children
