Continuity

After the girls successfully rob the second bank, a highway patrolman is shown sitting in a parked 1973 Dodge Polara. When he decides to pull them over and follows, he is suddenly in the same 1972 Polara seen in the earlier chase.

Factual errors

The patrol car that pursues the girls after their first failed robbery together is obviously an ex-California Highway Patrol unit that has had most of the decals removed (save for "Highway Patrol" on the driver's door. The paint scheme (and remaining decals) is completely incorrect for the Texas Department of Public Safety's Highway Patrol division at that time.
