NOT A REMAKE but a further adventure!
12 March 2007 | by (Twin Lake, Michigan United States) – See all my reviews

THIS WAS NOT A REMAKE, but a "Now Lost" further entertaining episode of that "Unlikely Love Affair Dynamic Dual" based on the original 1952 Movie. In this adventure the Germans force Charlie and Rose to haul a military canon of some type down river on the Queen. Well of course to fight the war on their part, the team will again, with a little luck, try and out wit the German Army for Queen and Country.

Because it was only an hour, I hoped this would be a pilot for a new adventure series, something different from all those Cop Shows that ruled the air waves at the time.. Just a one time showing I guess. I still remember it well being a big fan of the original. Maybe it will show up as bonus material on DVD on a future re-release of the original movie!
