Very very very rare! Believe it or not this was the first poster ever made for the first Rocky… Hand drawn.! This is the Only one in existence !!!! No one but me,
Though the plot of the film is kept under wraps, we can imagine that Michael B. Jordan’s character Adonis Johnson, whose the son of Apollo Creed (Carl Weathers) in the Rocky films, will step into the ring to avenge his father’s death. In Rocky IV, the Russian Ivan Drago portrayed by Dolph Lundgren, killed Apollo during a bout.
Part of this is an interesting idea but there’s also a part of me that thinks that this is just a remake of Rocky IV where Rocky Balboa
While most of the films in the Rocky franchise are considered iconic, in their own right, the one that most people look to as being the best of the series is Rocky IV. It's got drama, intriguing, and downright patriotic moments, as Sylvester Stallone's Rocky went into the heart of Soviet Russia to take on Ivan Drago (Dolph Lundgren) after he killed Apollo Creed (Carl Weathers), Adonis' father. Creed 2 will attempt to find retribution for the Creed family when Adonis (Michael B. Jordan) takes on Ivan Drago's son. A role that hadn't been cast, until now.
According to a report by The Tracking Board, Romanian Boxer Florian "Big Nasty" Munteanu has earned
Along with Jordan and Stallone, Munteanu also joins Tessa Thompson, who will also return for the sequel, reprising her role as Bianca.
Munteanu is set to play Ivan Drago’s son. Drago, portrayed by Dolph Lundgren in “Rocky IV”, is the character that killed Apollo Creed, Jordan’s father, in a boxing match. Lundgren is also set to reprise role in “Creed 2.”
While plot details are vague, a match between Jordan and Munteanu’s characters seems highly likely.
Steven Caple Jr.will direct from an original screenplay written by Stallone and Cheo Hodari Coker (showrunner of “Luke Cage”) based on characters from the Rocky franchise. The film is being produced by Irwin Winkler, Charles Winkler, William Chartoff, David Winkler, and Kevin King-Templeton. Jordan and Guy Riedel will executive produce.
The movie is
"Congratulations to Florian 'Big Nasty' Munteanu for getting the part as Ivan Dragos son! 27 years old , 6 feet four, 245 pounds of talent.#mgm #creed #creed2."
We reported in October that Creed 2 will start production in February 2018, but this report reveals filming will start this March in Philadelphia, so there will likely be several more casting announcements to come.

Yes, 2017 was a roller-coaster ride from start to finish. And the year ahead promises to be shaped by plenty of fallout from the previous 12 months. We’ll learn the fate of At&T and Time Warner’s merger — probably to be decided in a Washington, D.C., courtroom. We’ll find out if the Disney brand can coexist under the same enormous roof as Fox. We’ll undoubtedly be astounded more than once by Twitter missives from the commander-in-chief. And we’ll likely be reeling from further examples of digital giants muscling into the content business, as audiences embrace an ever-growing number of providers and platforms
I love film festivals. It is a fantastic opportunity to meet like-minded people who share a passion for movies, which you get to see before anyone else. The downside is that a lot of festival movies don’t get distribution, and you are left with the frustration that it will take months before you can tell your friends about that wonderful Thai movie you saw the previous year.
In the spirit of list-making season, I thought of writing about some movies that played in film festivals in 2017, but will get a theatrical (or VOD) release in 2018 – hopefully, but you never really know with this kind of movie.

Main Event for The Royal Rumble
In the main event of last night’s Raw [read our review here], Kane fought Braun Strowman to determine the new number 1 contender for the Universal Championship. The bout, which was disappointing, ending in a double count-out for both men, meaning that it is still unclear as to who The Beast will face at the Rumble.
Many people online, however, are speculating that Braun Strowman and Kane will both face Brock Lesnar in a triple threat match at the Rumble. While this would be a nice way of protecting Braun, it seems crazy to think that Kane could be in a PPV main event, competing for a top title in 2018, while the likes of Finn Balor sit on the sidelines. Stranger things have happened, though, and this definitely looks like the way they are moving forward.
According to the report, it was Stallone's decision to hire a new director for the film. The actor, who will still reprise his role as Rocky in the film, had this to say in a statement:
"The character of Adonis Creed reflects this generation and its challenges. I believe it’s important for the director to also be a part of this generation like I was in mine, to make the story as relatable as possible. We are extremely lucky to have the talented young filmmaker Steven Caple Jr. step up and accept the role of director.
