Surprising take on a True Story, 20 October 2004

When first saw this film, I caught it by accident while channel surfing, and I thought that the title alone was enough to give it a chance. The film starts off with a great moody song by the Bobby Fuller Four. The soundtrack is awesome. I soon had a revelation while watching; this was a film based on the Pied Piper of Tucson murders that took place in the late 50's early 60's. Fantastic dramatization of the event, some elements were altered, but that's to be expected, but the film is truly great . Funny, dark, disturbing, and interesting, just like the actual crime. My only hang up is that the film should be in B/W, I even turn the color off on my TV when I show the film to my friends.
