The experience soon becomes an important lesson in the First Amendment when they expose their no-nonsense English teacher's plans for a pop quiz and publish unflattering remarks about the principal. Roger refuses to reveal how he learned about the "surprise test" (his buddies had peeked in her desk and saw it by accident, something the teacher eventually catches on to) and is threatened with expulsion. |
