In this series set in the small Pennsylvania mining town of Gibbsville during the 1940s, Jim Malloy was a reporter for the town newspaper, the "Gibbsville Gazette". There he worked alongside Ray Whitehead, a former big shot foreign correspondent whose alcoholism had caused him to slide back down so far, his only salvation was a job on his hometown paper. Pell was their boss at the "Gazette". Written by Marty McKee <mmckee@soltec.net>
