A man falls from building to his death. He is lying in pool of blood.

Main character castrates a rapist by ripping his privates with bare hands (off screen). We see then something bloody in his hands.

Main character punches man's head, who gushes lot of blood from his mouth.

A man gets impaled in the eye with a sword. He then removes the sword, lots of blood is spilling out of his eye.

Some bloody shootouts.

Minor swear words such as "bitch" are used

Characters smoke and drink

There is a scene taking place in an opium den, we see some people smoking opium

There is some talk of drugs

Violence is VERY disturbing.
