Prisoner who killed his wife
|
Small and short Frida lives with her long, tall friend in a house in the countryside. Frida rejects the idea that people who has committed crimes should be locked up. One day their own house is burgled by Harald. He is sentenced to prison. Acting in accordance with her philosophy, Frida decides to use all means possible to make it possible for Harald to escape. I really love this movie, really I do. Tage Danielsson is such a ... genius! Släpp fångarne loss, det är vår is maybe the most funny and realistic Swedish movie ever. At least in my opinion :D I think that almost every sketch *the gang* has ever made is genius! They are like a Swedish Monty Python! (*Tage Danielsson, Frida Nyman, Hans Alfredsson, Gösta Ekman, so on, so on*)... This movie is a classic - it's got romance, excitement, prison, action, softness, music, genius! This is a movie that makes me truly proud of Sweden (And there isn't so many things that does that to me :P)! It's filmed, not with a bunch of computer-animated special effects, but with real special effects! For instance, Frida is a lot less tall than Frida's friend. Then they have made it so that ALL Frida's stuff is a lot smaller then Frida's friends. For example, her guitar is like three sizes smaller that his. It's very comical, and gives the movie that special little touch. I really think you should see it!
