Larry Flynt might be trying his luck in a courtroom soon. “Hustler” honcho Flynt has been slapped with a lawsuit claiming that he ripped off the name of his Gardena, California, casino. In a suit filed Tuesday in federal court in California, Isle of Capri Casinos claims that it owns numerous trademarks for Lady Luck and Lucky Lady, and uses them for casino services, slot machines, playing cards and other goods and services.
