Goofs

When Fields leaves the hotel in his Rolls Royce on his way to St Pancras Station, the police follow him in a silver Ford Escort, registration NHK 271M, which is a genuine registration for this make and color of car according to the DVLA database. However when the Escort is next seen, still with the same occupants, following the van that Fields has stuck the tracking device onto, the number-plate shows a fictitious registration NHK 371M (371, rather than 271), in hand-drawn lettering. Don't sell this one short!

Better than average cop movie that compares favorably with "Dirty Harry" and "Sharky's Machine." Beautiful color DVD transfer in 2.35 : 1.

Beautiful photography of locations in London. Jazzy score typical of the '70s.

Action fans, crime fans, and John Wayne fans will not be disappointed.
