Good afternoon my lovelies!
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has been admitted to the hospital. Clinton is being monitored after doctors found a blood clot that might have resulted from a concussion she suffered earlier this month. Please send healing vibes her way.
Lady Gaga will be offering free therapy to her little monsters. During Gaga's Born This Way Ball tour she will have a "BornBrave Bus" for her fans that will offer free therapy services. Gaga wrote on her Facebook page, "BornBrave Bus Is a place where mental health + depression are taken seriously w/ no judgement, Free real help available to all. I feel like most kids don't look for help because they feel embarrassed so mom + I wanted to break the stigmas around 'help' and make it fun."

As 2012 comes to an end, we're getting psyched for the New Year - and beyond. From big Hollywood weddings to a royal baby, 2013 is looking poised to be one to remember. Award Show LaughsRick Gervais ruffled a lot of famous feathers during his years as host of the Golden Globes. Now, funny ladies Tina Fey and Amy Poehler have been tapped to helm the award show on Jan. 13. But do you think Ricky will give up the mantle that easily? We predict the British comedian will march up on stage, take the mic and pull a Kayne on those ladies. »

One of Parks and Recreations’ more memorable guest stars is without a doubt Ben Schwartz’s Jean-Ralphio, Tom’s all-talk friend and former business partner. There just isn’t anyone else quite like him in the world – his style and enthusiasm is matched only by his lack of anything resembling a work ethic or business savvy – at least that’s what we thought. Later on in Season 5, we’ll be discovering that not only does Jean-Ralphio have a sister; she’s his twin! I can only imagine the look at Ron’s face when this knowledge penetrates his skull. Actually, he probably wouldn’t care all that much, but it’s a huge revelation for me.

A presidential election, the loss of key castmembers and a few bold hosting choices were among 2012's big moments for Saturday Night Live. We can argue about which moments were best, but the numbers don't lie. Below are the five most popular clips of the year on Hulu. 5. “The Girl You Wish You Hadn’t Started a Conversation With at a Party” SNL newcomer Cecily Strong is pitch perfect as that most annoying girl at a party. The character has quickly become a fixture of Weekend Update, where she badgers Seth Meyers and shares her obtuse worldview. Below she weighs in on politics.

Hugh Jackman is best known as the action star of several X-Men movies, but his affinity for musical theater is so well-known — he won a Tony for The Boy From Oz and had his dichotomy of talents spoofed in a recurring Saturday Night Live sketch — that it's a surprise he'd never done a movie musical before Tom Hooper's splashy film version of Les Misérables. Still, holding out to play Jean Valjean was probably worth the wait, if the movie's big box office and Oscar buzz are anything to judge by. Vulture caught up with Jackman a few weeks ago in Los Angeles to get his take on how it all came together.Tell me about the first time you saw the film. I went to a private screening with about ten people and my wife. I remember I was holding my wife's hand, and she goes, 'Baby, my hand »

In the past few years there’s been an influx of increasingly mainstream films with lesbian themes (The Runaways, The Kids Are All Right) but unfortunately that was not the case in 2012, which didn’t have much to offer in terms of films depicting ladies who love ladies. Sundace brought us the pick of the litter: Young & Wild, My Best Day and Mosquito Y Mari. Overall I saw more films depicting gay men than women and if we’re going to be represented at all in the Oscars this year, it’ll most likely be with a film that happens to feature lesbian characters (like Your Sister's Sister) as oppose to films that focus on lesbian narratives.
France brought the biggest let-down I faced all year: Farewell My Queen, which should have been called Hello Blue Balls. It's a look at »

Just last weekend, comedian and former Saturday Night Live cast member Martin Short delivered quite the holiday spectacular. As a result, I thought now might also be the time to dive back into the past of the late night sketch comedy series to remember some of the classic holiday hilarity from years past.
Below you’ll find this writer’s picks for the 12 best holiday sketches from SNL, and they span decades and include cast members like Eddie Murphy, Dan Aykroyd, Jimmy Fallon, Seth Myers, Adam Sandler, Bill Hader and honorary cast members such as Steve Martin, Justin Timberlake and Alec Baldwin.
#12. I Wish It Was Christmas Today – This isn’t so much funny as it is charming, and it also helps that people loved this little song enough to have it revived ...

Victoria Jackson has stood by her comparison of the Newtown, Ct school shooting to Us President Barack Obama's pro-choice abortion policy. The former Saturday Night Live star was roundly condemned for a series of Facebook posts in the hours after a gunman murdered 20 children and six adults last Friday. Jackson openly mocked Obama tearing up as he spoke about the tragedy on Friday evening, writing: "Obama dramatically wiped a tear as he said, 'The majority of those who died today were children - beautiful little kids... They had their entire lives ahead of them - birthdays, graduations, weddings, kids of their own...' "Yeah Obama. Same As The Million Babies You Had Aborted This Year. Are You Crying For Them?" Jackson suggested to The Huffington Post earlier in the week that her remarks were justified. "I don't regret anything (more) »

• Fox’s The X Factor is undergoing more judging shakeups. Although the reality singing competition added Britney Spears and Demi Lovato this season, judge L.A. Reid is departing the series following the finale.
• In the aftermath of the tragic Newtown, Conn., shooting, TLC wisely delayed the premiere of its one-hour special Best Funeral Ever. Can we rename TLC (The Learning Channel) to Nsc (Nothing is Sacred Channel)?
• The third season of HBO’s Game of Thrones, debuting March 31, will be bigger (and hopefully better) than ever. All of the 10 episodes will be a little longer than usual, and as co-showrunner Dan Weiss explains, “There’s almost another full episode’s worth of extra minutes spread across the season.”

Jenny Slate is moving from Saturday to Thursday nights. For one week at least.
The SNL alum has signed on for a Parks and Recreation Season 5 episode, Entertainment Weekly confirms, coming aboard the sitcom as the twin sister of Ben Schwartz's Jean-Ralphio. Yes, it's okay to squeal in delight now...
Slate will appear on a 2013 installment as Mona Lisa and will be hired by Tom to help with his new Rent-a-Swag store.
