Jan Smithers, oldest daughter Devola, went on to play Bailey Quarters in WKRP in Cincinnati (1978). She was married to actor James Brolin (1986-1995).
Julie Gholson was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for this film, but never returned to show business. She later became a nurse.
