Own the rights?
Now we're two; I guess I'm now the 2nd person in the world who knows this TV-movie. I love ghost stories, and this movie starts off quite promising, and I don't want to give anything away either, but I personally think it ends on a rather disappointing note. If you've seen it, you'll know what I'm talking about; everyone else will just have to check it out, and make up their own minds. But like the other reviewer said, it's probably nowhere to be found on video these days, and I doubt it's on TV anywhere. Jones is the no-good local sheriff, and Miles and Stack make a nice couple, but their wimpy daughter is a bit of a, well, wimp. Also, you can tell this was made in the good old 70s, by the long hippie hair Bill McKinney sports !. Some of the "scare"- scenes work as intended, but most of them don't. However, if you're a genre fan (haunted house movies) you owe it to yourself to take a peek, but it's been done much better before and since. I trust you'll agree.
