When I first heard about this film it was in a website promoting movies about autism - a subject I am interested in since I have an autistic son. It took many years to track down a copy of this film and it was the biggest disappointment ever (especially considering what I paid for it!). It was more like an amateur home-movie than anything else, with poor photography, a weak story that could have been enlarged upon. It was derivative (e.g. themes from "Deliverance"). The whole thing just didn't work for me.
