Shriek of the Mutilated (1974)
Karl: We practically pulled every trick out of the bag. Maybe we should just kill her and be done with her.
Dr. Ernst Prell: No Karl, no. The code of the vulterie demands no body bruises. No, she must be frightened to death.
Karl: I have an idea...
Keith Henshaw: [pointing shoutgun at Prell and Karl from a nearby doorway] I don't think so, put your hands up.
Dr. Ernst Prell: Really, Keith. I thought you were asleep.
Keith Henshaw: I mean what I said, put your hands up!
Dr. Ernst Prell: Well be reasonable.
Keith Henshaw: PUT 'EM UP!
[Keith pumps shotgun and fires a shot at the two men. Both Prell and Karl are unharmed and look amused as Keith pumps the shotgun once more]
Karl: Try me.
[Keith fires another shot, as Karl smiles]
Dr. Ernst Prell: Be reasonable Keith. The shells in that rifle are as inefectual as the ones on Tom's rifle.
[Keith is hit in the head from behind by Laughing crow and knocked out]
Dr. Ernst Prell: . Ha-ha-ha.
Laughing Crow: [grunting laughter] .
Station Attendant: Sonny boy, I make it a practice never to interfere with folks when they're bound and determined to get someplace. Cause no matter what I say, they're bound to get there, and they're bound to get what they went there for. May not make much sense to you; makes sense to me.
Tom Nash: [singing] People say that he's downright nasty, he's mean and he's gruesome. He'll make your threesome into a twosome. Now is your chance to make a break, don't let a moment go to waste. On the prowl, hear him howl, here comes the Yeti now!
[preparing to carve up a human corpse]
Laughing Crow: Mr. Henshaw... white meat or dark?
Karl: Unfortunately, the tribe doesn't believe in yetis, and after severely beating him and cutting his tongue muscle out, they cast him out of the tribe.
Dr. Ernst Prell: We're going to find it, photograph it, and prove to the world that this fabled beast exists.
Keith Henshaw: Then it is a Yehti!
Dr. Ernst Prell: Yes! Yes, yes. And far more awesome than any we have heard or read about. Yes it had all the characteristics: The height... The fur... The fetied aroma... The sub-human face... But what shook me to the bone was its heartbeat. Loud incredibly loud, pounding away like an air hammer.
