I watched this movie recently, and it still stands the test of time. This is a very intelligent movie about a horrendous subject. First off, the cast was excellent, bar none. Elizabeth Montgomery as the victim of the crime, was most moving. Elizabeth played this role with great finesse. Cliff Potts as the perpetrator was very effective too. Ronny Cox as Elizabeth's husband in the story did a bang up job. I have never seen Ronny Cox in a movie that I did not like. William Daniels as the prosecuting attorney was superb. The cast that was picked for this movie was incredible. The script was so intelligent. This movie was sensitively done, yet was very hard hitting. I highly recommend this movie. I have this movie.
