In a 1975 interview with Dorothy Manners, Jan-Michael Vincent was asked about his oft-spoken-of nude scene in the film. "The scene was in good taste, and I don't think I sprang any surprises on anyone", he replied with an impish grin on his face. "Just standard equipment."
One of the first mainstream American films to feature full-frontal male nudity, the scenes of a naked Jan-Michael Vincent caused considerable discussion when this movie was first released.
In 2021, Zephinam Films found the original film elements and released the film on a restored Blu-ray. That disc is available on eBay and from Diabolik, a US distributor. This is a fully-authorized restoration by the original studio.
