- The virginity of the daughters is a major theme of the movie. Much talk about the women's virginal status and the cultural importance of virginity.
- A man interrogates a woman about whether or not she's ever had sex, whether a man has touched her "here, or here", gesturing toward her body (out-of-frame).
- Both female and male nudity (frontal and rear) and occasional toplessness.
- Women are frequently showing in casual undress, or bathing.
- Several, fairly graphic sex scenes. (Some of them are not entirely consensual.)
- Two women go to bed with a man, and both have sex with him, one at a time while the other watches.
- A man performs oral sex on a woman; his head and her genitals are obscured by her leg. They kiss passionately and he kisses her stomach and breasts.
- A nude couple kiss and caress each other on a bed.
- A man talks about how he'd like to rape a very young woman.
- Two women kiss sensually and are later shown in bed together, languidly kissing and cuddling.
- A man forces a woman to perform oral sex on him, after slapping her and calling her a bitch.
- Dracula's biting of women as well as his seizures have slight sexual overtones, and he is in one scene shirtless.
- As mentioned below, a man rapes a teenage girl. (It's shown less explicitly than the totally consensual sex scenes but is still moderately graphic.)

- Some gory neck biting scenes with blood shown dripping out of Dracula's mouth.
- Dracula consuming the blood of a road accident victim, sopped up in some bread.
- A lengthy sequence of Dracula vomiting blood into a bathtub.
- A gory stake impalement, with much splattering blood and which shows the wound.
- A man is shot in the head - a bullet wound is shown.
- Some other milder fight scenes and scuffling.
- A man rapes a teenage girl.
- A man stabs a woman -- no blood is shown.
Profanity

- Some uses of the word fuck and milder swear words.
- Verbal references to the loss of virginity and sexual activity. (The word "whore" is used several times to refer to a promiscuous woman or a woman who is not a virgin.)
- Talk of "slumming" by sleeping with people of a lower social class.

- Some graphic violence which may disturb some people.
- Mario is sometimes verbally abusive and physically threatening with the women he sleeps with. The implications of rape in his relationship to the girls may be upsetting.

- Two women (mind-controlled by Dracula) accost a younger girl in her bed, kissing her and touching her under her dress to ascertain if her hymen is intact.
Violence & Gore
- A man cuts Dracula's arms and legs off with an axe, and the stumps are shown spurting blood -- however the special effects are not particularly convincing.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Udo Kier's appearance as Dracula is quite frightening. He is a sinister figure and visibly sickly throughout, and his frequent convulsions and vomiting are alarming. A scene where he licks up the blood from the youngest daughter's torn hymen from off the floor may be particularly gross/unpleasant.
