Steve engages a number of individuals in hand-to-hand combat, and either knocks them out or kills them with his bionic arm.

Steve tosses a hand grenade into the cabin of a tank, presumably killing the occupants.

Although they are clearly shown to be prosthetics, close-ups are shown of Steve's bionic eye and bionic limbs prior to their implantation.

Steve's crash incorporates actual footage of a plane crash and may be very intense viewing.

Steve is shown in a hospital bed, clearly missing his legs and arm. At one point, he attempts suicide.
