The astrologically-attuned Board of Directors of Nalpålitterordenen, a boarding school for girls, fear that the impending close passage of Venus - known to cause "disturbing erotic behavior" - poses a risk to the virginal students at their school in the village of Petit-Bois. They dispatch the well-meaning but inexperienced Inspector Armand to the school with a case of sexual suppressant powder to protect the girls, as well as the rest of the village. Simultaneously, the whacked-out Professor Bomwitz is heading to the same village to test his new aphrodisiac during this auspicious occasion. Upon arriving in town, Bomwitz bumps into three of the girls from school, and inadvertently Geminette imbibes some of his magic powder - leading to a lusty romp in the weeds. Armand, on the other hand, asks for directions to the place "where the young girls live" and is directed to a brothel, where Madam Gine is determined to deflower this self-confessed "Virgo." He discovers his error, and makes haste to the boarding school ... only to crash into professor Bomwitz, with whom he accidentally swaps potion bags. This leads to Bomwitz's apparent impotence, and utter chaos everywhere else...
Professor Bomwitz invents and aphrodisiac and travels to a small town with a brothel to try it out. At the same time Armand (Ole Søltoft) is also going there to deal with the sex mad schoolgirls taught by Sigrid Horne Rasmussen. These girls are sent into a cellar for punishment but have a secret escape route which comes out opposite the brothel. When Armand arrives he is sent to the brothel by mistake. The prof meets some of the girls and puts some powder into a glass of fruit juice. Anne Birch Warburg drinks it and leaps on him, chases him into the countryside and has sex. Later, however, the prof finds he is impotent. He has bumped into Armand and their bags have been mixed up. This leads to a series of erotic events.
The impending approach of Venus - known to cause "disturbing erotic behavior" - sends two men with very different missions to the town of Petit-Bois. One to save the schoolgirls from lust, the other to test a new aphrodisiac. Chaos ensues.
