• Christo : People always ask me why I do dis project. You know, generally the artist is the supreme master in his studio. He decided how large must be the canvas and which color must to dare and dare. For me the excitement and really, really the excitement begin when I leave the studio - to start in work in large project with all the engineers and construction workers. Of course I make some drawings and sketches. But, I consider them preparation works for the project I will do. But, you know, the real life experience in generating problems, dealing with construction workers, the blueprints, the permission from governments, the highway department, all des things, give me what I can never imagine. So, what happen in the real world, change my original idea and the drawings themselves. *Dis* is what I like.
