Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that, instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, you use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

A married couple have sex in bed and you just see parts of the sides of their torsos and their backs. A couple women are seen getting a massage at a spa. You see the side back and butt of one woman and just the side of another through a translucent glass. One woman comes out of a sauna at the spa nude, but you just see her breasts and part of her back. One woman is murdered and her corpse is left lying on her back on her bed with her night gown open and her nude torso exposed. Her breasts and vagina are briefly seen while the police are processing the crime scene. There's a photo shown of a topless man and woman.

A number of female victims are murdered by having an acupuncture needle stuck in their necks to paralyze them then the murderer delivers fatal stab wounds to the stomachs of these victims. At times the knife is seen stuck in the women's stomachs along with bloody cutting. Pools of blood from the murdered victims is shown. In a struggle between two men on a roof, one man is shown falling to his death to the pavement below. A man is struck dead by a speeding car and his bloodied face is shown afterward. Two men fight in an apartment and bloody face wounds are shown.

There are only a few curse words uttered that I can recall.

A number of the characters smoke cigarettes during the film. There are bottles of alcohol shown throughout the film and people are briefly shown drinking alcohol in a few scenes. While investigating these murders the police uncover a cocaine smuggling and distribution network.

There was a little suspense as you saw the killer stalking then attacking his victims. There was a little tension during the foot chases in the film.
