The content of this page was created directly by users and has not been screened or verified by IMDb staff.
Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that, instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, you use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

A man lures a woman into his bedroom, and has sex with her, however this sex turns into rape once he begins to have sex with a chicken as well. We see blood (from both the woman and the chicken) as he rapes her. She screams for him to stop but he continues.

A woman and her adult son become excited while vandalizing a rival's home and she performs unsimulated fellatio on him.

In one scene, a husband and wife, while completely naked, suck on each other's feet and profess their love for one another.

In one scene, Divine inserts a steak into her "own little oven" which she later brags about.

A man scares a group of girls by attaching a sausage to his penis. Later in the film, a woman responds to this gesture by masturbating with her own penis, much to the man's horror.

A man masturbates into a container while a woman berates him. He later injects the semen into a woman's vagina.

At a party thrown by Divine, one of the guests at the party performs a show where he flexes his anus in time to the song "Surfin' Bird (Bird Is the Word)" by The Trashmen. Extreme closeups of his anal sphincter are seen.

Please note that the chicken in the first mentioned scene was ACTUALLY killed in this scene, it is 100% real, do not watch if you are sensitive to animal cruelty.

Violence & Gore

Contains some gore.

A man rapes a woman by injecting his semen via a syringe.

Two people are shot in the head a close range, the actual shooting is not seen; however, their bloody heads are seen afterwards.

A random woman is taken into a car where she is knocked unconscious.

A chicken is killed during rough sex. The sex is semi-consensual. The woman agrees to have sex but clearly is not enjoying the rough aspects of it.

Divine hacks up the bodies of cops and eats them along with the party guests. Very gory but over the top.

Contains frequent strong language and frank sexual dialogue.

Mild smoking.

In one scene, a group of people all take illegal drugs.

It is said that the Marbles sell drugs to elementary school students.

The film was intentionally created to be shocking and disgusting.

Genuine scenes of the main character chewing on dog excrement.
